I came to the drive-through with my autistic daughter and ordered a Happy Meal and a McDouble meal with one patty instead of two. The manager comes to the window and yells at me with my autistic daughter sitting in the car with me, she is 7 by the way, and insist that I order a single combo instead of a McDouble anddemsnds that I pay more next time for my meal.I dont know why he hates customers and autistic children, but this places needs to be closed down.
I waited over 15 minutes in the drive through for 2 filet of fish because I was told they had to make them. I had to go into the restaurant to see where my food was and they couldn’t even look me in the eye. To top it all off the filets were cold. I sure wouldn’t call that fresh. I also didn’t get a receipt when I specifically asked to make sure they put it in the bag. Horrible food and horrible service. They should be ashamed of themselves. This was at 10:17 pm.
It was worst experience visiting this McDonalds.zero customer service. so we went by drive thru and the girl taking order did not punch the order so we were not able to see it on the screen. well the actual process is to repeat your order when the customer comes to cash window but the girl did not repeat our order and after we paid and reach to first window the guy gave us hot chocolate instead of mocha so we denied to take it and he literally pop his eyes and pretty rudely ask to pull forward
We also went through the drive through window. They did not put a toy or book in the kids meal. I have tried for and hour to call to let them know. The line has been constantly busy.
Never go to this place. This is not the first time we’ve had issues here.
This McDonalds made me loose $15.35 because of a careless cashier. Just because the cashier did not hear me say that I wanted 5 Chicken Mc wrap MEALS. I was asked to pay around $63!! But it Should have costed me around $48 only!! When I asked the cashier about why did she make such a big mistake, she panicked and then started arguing with me instead. I was give 3 free apple pies. It was not really free. The money that I lost still payed for the pies. $12 LOST. TERRIBLLE AND CARELESS SERVICE!!
The 53 street and 23 avenue Edmonton will give you the wrong order at the take out window every time. The drive through has supplied poor service since it opened, you have better chances ordering something that you don't want so you will get what you want!! The business is more interested in pushing food out the window and taking your money with no regard to accuracy at all . Fast food disaster.
Last time i go to this location. Always something missing or wrong.

When you try to call to get ur order replaced . Never an answer.
Drive thru is extremely slow no matter what time of day but it's really bad in the mornings. They also have messed up my coffee on more then one visit. The only reason I go back is it's the only one on the way to work and Tim Hortons coffee is worse now then it ever was so......
