Great service, prompt, professional and oh that spa massage. Just amazing!

Today I got a pedicure. It was very rushed and the girl was extremely rough. I was asked to upsell at every opportunity. The color was uneven and it was not dry before adding coats or the topcoat. The polish dented as soon as I put my socks on even though I waited 20 minutes. Worse experience ever. It used to be a good place. Now the staff is rude and very abrupt. They mustn’t treat them very well so they take it out on clients.

I have been to Rose’s quite a few times over the years. I’ve had gel nails, pedicures and manicures done. I have never been disappointed! All of the ladies do an amazing job and the prices are very reasonable compared to other salons. They have great hours and s ton of free parking. I highly recommend this place.

I have been here 3 times now. The first time was okay. The next couple times I had Kim and she did a fabulous job!

Just left, didnt use clean instruments. They really rushed, didnt take time to do a thorough job. It was better a few years ago.

Such a disappointment. I know it's only $30 bu jeez, could you be a bit more engaging with me? I felt like a piece of meat! Great your Clients with a smile 😊

This place is terrible when I went there none of the girls were in at the time so the man did my nails, I asked them to be short but he did not do them the way I wanted. The thing that bothers me is that they talk in their own language in front of you and it makes you feel like they are all gathered around you watching and talking about you like most of these places do. Would not suggest this place to anyone.

By for THE worst nail place I have been too. I do understand these places get busy, but when I book an appointment I expect to be taken care of first & not have to ask when my nails will be done. The management of this place is terrible, she is running around the place, the girls are switching off in between, my girl in particular was greeting people when entering & running to front desk to sell gift certificates while trying to do my nails. Won't ever recommend this place.

I will never go back here! I went with my mom on Mother's Day for pedicures and they were really rough with her! They had her leg up in the air while scraping the callouses off and they even ended up cutting her heal! Even the designs on my big toe are different from each other, and no, I didn't ask for that. Worst experience ever!

Great Nails

I have tried a number of nail places and Rose's has by far provided the best service and long lasting beautiful nails. They weren't chipped in a week and I never felt rushed through. Highly recommend them !
