    Not happy with their customer service. 100% the worst I have ever experienced. I have a few stories to share. 1 - cat was given medication, I gave the meds to my cat and she started foaming at the mouth, frightened I immediately contact the vet. I explained the situation to the receptionist to which she responded "ummm well it tastes bad", in a very condescending tone. second story - took my cat in twice for exams over a 2 week period. 1 month later I am at the emergency vet due to a clogged an

    Treats low income families with pets like they are horrible people. Tells people that they are lucky they are even helping them with their pets, and talking to them on the phone. Forces people to sign surrender papers if they do not have funds right away.
