Warning. They dismiss any safety issue brought up. Both passenger side tires worn to 0% at 40K km, while the driver's side were ok. Definitely a safety issue, but they will not admit fault and blamed tire defects. Defects, but only on both tires and it only affects one side of the car?? It is never their fault and they are willing to risk your safety to reinforce that point. They will report all negative reviews to cover. Service department and manager are shadier than the Artic in winter time.

They are in the habit of swapping parts till something works if it works. I had changed a part a week prior they changed the same part and acted like it was faulty so I took it home my truck died on me as I pulled up to the driveway. I called them they wouldn't reimburse me for the part only the labor and only if that wasn't the problem. He said that I'd have to pay for another part and labor till it was solved. I thought forget it I'll go somewhere else part swappers. So BEWARE of them
