    Decided to pull into Master Glass Auto on Taylor Drive today with my little Mini S . Had a nice chat with a young man as he fixed my windshield . The service and the friendliness absolutely made my day !! Thank you

    While I have had great experiences in the past, the recent install on my wife’s car has been a gong show since our initial appointment. It took three separate 2 1/2 hour visits; time off work, and taxi transportation/fare to finally get the right windshield in and properly installed. First one was wrong size; second one was poorly installed; third one much better but rain sensor did not work after saying it was tested. Two no shows on promised dates to fix sensor off site at her workplace.

    Called to see if they could book me in for a windshield not only did they get me in within the hour but they had my windshield in stock and cheaper then any other place in town, they have earned my business forever!:)
