Dr Lin is very professional and helpful. She take the time to explain my questions. Her clinic is also very easy to access and parking is free in front.
Went to her for my first eye examination, got my first pair of glasses. Great experience
Went there the first time for my son (3 yrs old), Dr Lin rushed through the entire eye exam, it wasnt even detailed. Entire exam took less than 5 min, we didnt even have an opportunity to ask any questions, she was out the door for her next patients already. No confirmation/receipt was given for this appointment. Staff was very unfriendly. Terrible experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone coming to this place.
I do not recommend coming here. The wait times are long and the staff are not very helpful. They do not know their own policies and change them on a case by case basis. There is no trust between the staff and you as a patient or customer. Go somewhere else where the staff actually cares about you and not your wallet. They sold me a pair of glasses that did not turn out as they described and are unwilling to return or exchange it unless I pay more. Now I’m stuck with a pair of useless glasses.
I went to Dr. Lin for my eye examination because she is walking distance to me. I found that she is very thorough and friendly. I had a pink eye from auto-immune type problem recently and happy that she is available to take me right away and able to diagnose my problem and treat me with the right drops.
Great experience, Went for my first eye exam in years. Appointment was right on time (no waiting). Dr, Lin was very thorough and friendly, Felt very comfortable that I was very please to get my glasses before I leave. I like the new pair of glasses from her, clear and comfortable

Good, Dr. Ruth Lin is very kind and nice- someone very hard to find.
My family and I have been seeing Dr. Lin for years and I won't trust anyone else! She has been taking care of my every visit and has made extra effort to talk to me on how to take care of my eyes. Her frame selection has improved over the years and I am very pleased with my recent purchase from her office. I would recommend her to anyone. The place was very clean, they have books/ newspapers for entertainment.
I have seen Dr. Lin for years, since I was a kid. It's a long wait but worth it. Dr. Lin is amazing! She is very caring and listens to my vision problem. I had a pair computer of glasses made by her office recently and my headaches disappeared. Very nice glasses and variety.
Place is disaster. Two main concerns: a) asked them to check if my glasses (purchased based on their prescription) match their prescription - refused. Announced that they check only glasses that they sold; b) their prescription did not match my eyes well... Got a prescription from another place - was MUCH better. So unless you want to get not good prescription and thus invest into purchase of glasses that don't match you well... I STRONGLY do NOT recommend.
A good optometrist is hard to find - thank goodness for Dr. Ruth Lin. She's friendly, professional and very thorough.
