    I used to advertise for tenants and do all the showings and background checks myself till recently I hired Simon from Metrowest as my manager. He showed the place almost every day within 2 weeks and eventually found an absolutely top notch tenant for me. I was extremely happy with this new tenant after meeting him, as you can just tell what kind of a tenant they would be by things they do and say. I'm very satisfied with Simon's service and will definitely recommend him to my friends and family
