    Poor customer service

    I'd like to share my bad experience with the service manager Terita at Vespa Metro Vancouver. Beside her lack of knowledgment regarding parts and service, she demonstrated complete lack of customer service skills and an extra dose of arrogance and rudeness, topping up with her refusal to selling me the parts I was in need. Too bad!!!!
