2 Burley Men Moving Ltd

Ken and Barry moved us from Calgary to Penticton in the middle of winter. From the first phone call they were on it. Everything was carefully wrapped and loaded, and they wrestled our extremely heavy fold-out bed with good humour. The unload was just as smooth and their energy and attention to detail made it all work beautifully. These two are very good at what they do, are a great team and obviously take pride in their work. We are totally impressed and very grateful. Thanks Ken and Barry!

I'm military and have move many times. Over charged, so much destruction to personal property and the house! Was told max 800$ got charge 1200$. Rude workers and companies refusing to deal with damages!! DO NOT USE THEM EVER!!!!!!!!!

This company has given up quality for quantity! First long haul with them years ago we had 4 loading, 3 unloading and excellent service. This time they arrived at the wrong city, over 3 hours late, 2 to load (10 hours) and 2 to unload, several broken pieces with only a "sorry" response. Owner's reply was 'not my fault', 'driver's mistake' and 'it's not my responsibility'! Owner's goal of becoming 'nation wide' is more important then customer service. Save your money and find a professional!

Bailed on Moving Day

If I could rate less than a star, I would. It's moving day. We had this company lined up over a month in advance and they didn't show up at 9:00am as promised. After an hour of trying to get ahold of them, they told us that they are not coming and unable to do the move. An hour late. ON MOVING DAY. The people in the house we are moving to, also had this company lined up for their move and 2 Burley Men also bailed on them. They are elderly and my wife is 6 months pregnant.
