The Lai Lai is my favorite Chinese food restaurant in KW. I eat in and also order delivery. Service either way is very fast, and the staff are all good people.
I love the variety on the menu, and the kitchen is always happy to accomodate anything you want to throw at them (I often order things not on the menu! They just make up a fair price and make it).
I probably eat there 12 to 20 times a year.
Occasionally the chef must have a day off, and the food dips a bit on those days. Otherwise, it's just great!

I have been many times to Lai Lai and it has been a delight every time. Their hot and sour soup is amazing (I always order one to eat and one to go - it is that good).
We have tasted quite a few items on their menu and it is all good. the service is friendly and good.
If looks are deceptive..this restaurant is that, a treasure!!
Eat here on a regular basis. Food is always fresh and service is usually prompt, though sometimes too quick. We usually order appetizers and finish them before ordering the main meal.
The decor/seating needs some upgrading.
