Eat here regularly. Nice in-town chinese restaurant. I have tried others and got realllly disappointed about the food. The food here is great. Hot and tasty. Lots of choices. Some of my friends said that fishes in the tank by the front door are disgusting. I find them cute. Service is standard and waiters are very helpful. I'll come back. No doubt
I've gone to Lai Lais many times and the last time I went it was with a big party, sometimes i go with my family, or with a couple friends. The service is superb and the waiters are all very helpful. Not to menttion that the food is as delicious as a North American style Chinese dinner should be.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was nice, and we got take out. However, there was hunks of fat in the chicken, no flavour to the rice and was covered in grease. My sister was disappointed because we didn't get any fortune cookies with the meal. There was also a bunch of almonds put in the stir fry and my mother is allergic to some nuts. We will never go there again.
