I have come to this clinic on a few occasions for Walk-in for my children and the have always got us in a reasonable amount of time and have been very helpful. Staff are friendly , the office is clean and a nice calm environment. The doctors my children have seen were great and knowledgeable. They have always accommodated us and I understand that I have to wait to be seen because I did not have an appointment. Some of these reviews gave this clinic a bad rap in my opinion! GG

Have been do this clinic a number of times since last September.
Doctors have been attentive and wait times have significantly improved. Used to visit this clinic once a while between 2010 - 2013 and encountered long wait time. I was there today and prior to seeing the doctor, I explained to the nurse my symptoms and she immediately collected urine sample prior to me meeting wit the doctor, the Doctor quickly confirmed the bladder infection. I would say this clinic has significantly improved.

I was given a virtual appointment with a doctor for the first time today, and I was so very impressed and grateful that I wanted to write a review. The receptionist at the 130th Avenue location was very kind and guided me through step-by-step. I found it very easy to navigate, even though I am technologically challenged. The experience was very efficient. I would highly recommend it and I hope the service continues well into the future, for doctor and patient convenience and safety.

Dr. suma is very knowledgeable and very accommodation. She is one of the best doctors i’ve worked with. However, their receptionist are not accommodating. We had an experience we went 15 mins early for our appointment and after 40 mins they are calling to say please come and we are already inside the clinic, they said we are not log in yet so we waited again and they didnt even say sorry and the one scheduled 15 mins ahead of us went first. It was so upsetting.

Both my Mom and I use this clinic as the staff and our Doctor are excellent. During these trying and difficult times (co vid) the staff and our Doctor have bent over backwards to accommodate us as they genuinely care about us and we certainly appreciate them and everything they do. The clinic is clean and the wait times are very minimal. We don't and wont go anywhere else as the level of care we get is first rate. The staff and our Doctor is/are very understanding, patient and kind. Best clinic
