The most prompt and courteous taxi company in Airdrie. I've had the pleasure of dealing with diamond taxi. Everything from the rates to the drivers to the appearance of the vehicle was a positive. I m Very happy with service .
My driver was great. He kept me entertained and made me laugh the whole time. He helps me with my stuff. He is the perfect example of a cab driver. His cab is always clean and always smells great. I totally recommend diamond Cabs to all my friends and family + Airdrie people's.
I booked DIAMOND Cabs online yesterday afternoon from Calgary airport, to take me to Airdrie. Our experience was that airdrie DIAMOND Cabs were excellent, and the cost of $39.50. I got the text confirmation as indicated; our driver was waiting for me. car was in very good condition and clean and the driver was excellent. very impressed with service. I will definitely use these guys again. i recommended to every one..

Great prices and very friendly helpful staff. But what I like the most is their honesty. When they say its a 10 minute wait it actually is a 10 minute wait. When they're too overwhelmed with calls they give me an ETA and their drivers call when outside so I don't have to wait in the cold. I appreciate that more than being lied to about a car being 10minutes away every time i call to check on it.....
Called the night before and booked my cab. Driver calls me saying he's going to be a few minutes late....25 minutes later he shows up. I arrive late at the airport and the guy still charges me, then I miss my flight! By far the worst cab service I've had. When you book a cab for 4:30am a day in advance in order to make a flight, YOU DEPEND ON IT! Ill never use them again.
