Dominos Pizza

After paying and ordering at the till I had over an hour to wait in front of the staff with no food exchanging hands from the staff. I had asked repeatedly if there was anything ready for me to grab yet nothing. Finally after waiting a ridiculous amount of time, one of the staff members responded with having no recollection of receiving my order or a solution. With such a small restaurant you would expect a certain level of guest awareness. Honestly brutal experience.

Ordered & paid online. Delivery guy came and told my daughter,who answered the door, that I did not pay. She came to come get me, delivery guy said I did not pay. He left and talked to ?? Came back and then wanted me to sign a receipt- so I did. Then demanded I show him my I'd and credit card before he gave us the food- we already paid for! Our address is on the door, he said I had to prove who I was. 100% ridiculous. Guy left and refused to give me our food. Never order from this location!!!

We were in the AB Children's Hospital for our son's emergency surgery. It was a long night for us; we were very tired and hungry. As we were given an hour to wait until the procedure is done, we went out to look for food and thankfully this branch is open until 2:30am. We did not check the pizza in the box until we got back to the hospital. We were so disappointed to have only 2/3 part of the pizza for topping. We ordered a medium sized feast pizza (Donair one) worth almost $20.
