Not recommended this bus service to any it’s worst service ever I was calling them from last 2 days 1st day they said it’s all booked and when I call next day they don’t have driver to go and the lady was on the phone so rude even don’t know how to talk with their customer. Then I called agin on 3rd day same thing they said they are not going CO’s of driver . I don’t know know what kind of service they are providing.

MY family never had trouble dealing with this company we have been travelling from past few years. Maybe Navreet & GAGAN (DESI'S) don't know much how to live in Canada and behave. YOU People don't know how to deal with professional people calling and asking for time is not the solution You have to BOOK YOUR SEAT AND RESERVE IT!! IF YOU REALLY WANT TO TRAVEL or maybe you were just FAKE calling. IF you call them they will find the solution and they have good customer service.

I have been calling since 2 days and they don't reply back for going to Edmonton, this happened before as well when we had to come back from Edmonton, worse service the company has no sense for business, client dealing is bad.

I have to go to calgary and i called them. they comfirmed me that bus will leave at 10.00 am morning. next morning the day i have to go with them they called me to tell me that bus is cancelled and no bus is going in next 24 hours. why do you confirm if you dont have to go.

Great service and will recommend this to everyone..
