Verbally abused and belittled by owned until I was in tears. Quoted $200 to hem my dress, then when I go to pay it's now $350 because it was more work than she expected. I tried on the dress for her to quote, she saw all the work required and quoted $200. Proceded to to yell at me, tell me she knew I'd have an issue, refused to let me leave until I paid. Never once did she say the cost would increase. This is disgusting behaviour that I never expect from a business. Im am also pregnant, and can
