Matt was quick to attend on a Saturday evening after a call for help when our furnace went out which was appreciated. I gave him the brand (Carrier), model and error code ahead of time. He came out, determined it to be a board problem and that he would return Monday with the necessary part to replace it. He came Monday evening, tried to fix the furnace, couldn’t, charged us another 2 hours labour now totalling over $300 and 2 extra days without heat and just left with an “I’m Sorry & Good Luck”
Matt came to my house on a Saturday afternoon and was able to fix my Napoleon Stove. He was able to convert it from LP to NG and then set it up and get it working. Other guys I called were not interested in doing the conversion suggesting it would be a difficult fix. Matt had it all done in 2.5 hours and his price was very fair, plus he works clean which was very appreciated.
Matt is a professional and decent man. Our furnace broke down one night. When I contacted BTU as I've seen their ad on KIjiji, about one and half hour later he came to our house and professionally fixed the problem. Also, the prices are much affordable than others'. Good job.
Our furnace motor blower unfortunately died on New Year's Day. We called Matt and he came within the hour to replaced it. He was courteous and he completed the job in an efficient manner at a reasonable price. We would not hesitate to call him again if we ever need him to come and repair our furnace.

My furnace quit working and being a single parent I'm on a very tight budget. I started phoning furnace companies and for them just to show up was a huge expense. Plus they couldn't be here very quick.

My furnace died on me in the middle of winter at noon, resetting the switch didn't work anymore - Matt was able to get there that afternoon and fix it. He does not charge extras (diagnostic charge, mileage charge) and is honest and informative. He explained the problem with my furnace and a simple step to try if it ever dies again, before having to call someone. Does a great job for a fair price, nice guy!
