Mariano's acupuncture treatments are always so relaxing and amazing. He was the first acupuncturist I ever tried 5 years ago. I have tried others since (mostly for closer access) but have returned to him in the last year and always feel so much better when I leave. He has continued to educate himself in Osteopathy and I believe that enhances the treatment immensely.
I did it..I found my perfect massage therapist.
Renata massaged my stressed out body from my head to my toes. She literally massaged the stress out of me. She has suggested that I continue to stretch and is willing to show me further exercises to ensure I feel good.

What a wonderful environment, calming as you walk in the door. Friendly staff. Karina is one of the best massage therapists that I have ever encountered. Not only knowledgeable about her craft, but her massage is fit perfectly for what ails you. She is also kind and caring and you can feel her healing energy as she works on you...highly recommend both Karina and Integrated Therapies for whatever healing you're looking for.
I have seen Mariano for acupuncture and massage, and Karina for deep tissue massage. Both of these practitioners are knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate. They are on time for the appointment, which I really appreciate. The studio is clean and everyone is warm and friendly. Will definitely go back and recommend.
The first time I came to see Mariano I had trouble getting up the stairs, I hurt so much. He has been gentle and interested in working with me and talking out what any problems are with my body. I had a wonderful experience having acupuncture for my migraines.
I was so impressed with the large and comfortable space used for therapy. The house has a beautiful energy that is most calming. Marinano did a thorough assessment of my needs before implementing acupuncture and he moved forward with respect and dialogue in my session. I would go back and or refer this integrated centre to others in a heartbeat.
I look forward to working with some of the other practitioners at place.
Integrated Therapies is a glorious little oasis of wellness. I couldn't recommend it more highly. I've been seeing Mariano for a number of years for acupuncture and massage, and he keeps me balanced and well. His acupuncture treatments control my irregular heartbeat so I don't have to take stupefying betablockers, and he also keeps a couple of other chronic conditions well-mediated without medication. I take individual yoga lessons with Sole, who is an exceptional teacher - gentle and encouraging and patient. I'm not exactly athletic but she adapts to accommodate whatever challenges I'm facing, and coordinates with Mariano to support his treatments. I feel so wrap-around cared for by these lovely people.
