    Visited Stahl Peterbilt Edmonton for an oil change. The cost for a standard oil change - $800 for our 2018 Peterbilt!! This place is a complete rip-off. The most we have ever paid for any one of our semis was $550 in our 8 years of owning trucks at other Peterbilt dealerships. Absolutely insane. Truck was there for 5 hours. For an oil change. Never again!!

    From sales to service to Parts this dealership has the worst customer service out of any I've dealt with our company has owned a variety units and this is by far the most substandard dealership I've ever dealt with

    Stopped by to purchase 4 batteries on 11 Nov. Guy at door ok the battery purchase but added it would cost an extra $150 dollars.??? Service is the pits. I know Old Eddy always made it happen, to bad. phoned to complain , never even got a reply.
