    I have a big complaint concerning the Brick store in St. John's ,NL. My husband and myself were at your St.John's store to buy a bedroom set. We were over in the bedroom section between one half hour to a hour without one person coming to help us. When leaving the store 4 of your employees were up sat down in the front of the store lounging. A girl asked us on the way out if she could help us and we told her we were there over a half hour and it was the worst customer service we ever had.

    I was trying to purchase a new mattress and have my old mattress disposed of. I explained that I am disabled and should need help. So I can purchase the bed and have it delivered but THEY CAN'T DISPOSE OF MY OLD MATTRESS BECAUSE I CAN'T PUT IT IN THE PLASTIC BAG THEY PROVIDE> I AM DISABLED AND CAN'T DO IT. WHAT KIND OF POLICY IS THIS!!!!!!!

    I ordered a sofabed. it was about 6 weeks late. but then when they delivered it, they broke the doorbell. I sent an email right away and heard nothing. so I followed up and they had not delivered it to Fleet delivery. Customer service told me it was not their problem. I called the manager several times who was never available and never called me back. an operations manager called me to say it was denied. Interestingly, the email address of the person who denied it was not at Fleet but w

    I live in Edson, Alberta and want to pass on the excellent service that was given to me at the Brick. Late in the winter of 2020, I had the opportunity to purchase a dryer from the Brick and was very impressed with the service of an employee (Bayleigh Hawke) She was right at my side as soon as I entered the store and was friendly and courteous. She answered all my questions and as a direct response, I purchased a dryer! Delivery and product was also excellent!

    We ordered a dining room set in August 2 months to get it with a damaged chair ordered a new chair came in December damaged chair again they do not return phone calls then lies after lies not sure when we will get it.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

    TERRIBLE. Ordered a couch & chair in Sept 2020. Covid delays-fine, but they sent a different item. They refuse to pick up the mistake, yet even after I cancelled my chair order, they refuse to refund my money & are using the mistake that they dumped here as a bargaining tool. I have no order w the Brick. They are illegally keeping my money. I believe that once an order is cancelled they must refund. Tell me if Im wrong...

    TV delay Samsung 65 4K UHD HDR LED Tizen Smart TV (UN65TU6900FXZC Was adv. boxing day sale I ordered xmas eve with del. of 1/19 now Ive been told end of Jan. all the competition is out of stock with a couple saying discontinued and yet the brick is still advertising it. So I wíll wait and see what happens at end of month

    Ordered a couch and ottoman. When it arrived it had holes in the arm seams, both sides. I requested a new couch and was promptly told the Brick will sew the seams! A brand new couch delivered defective, I don’t want a brand new couch that needs sewing, I want a placement! Make this right The Brick.

    terrible company. promised couch and loveseat on Nov 15, still not here and who knows when it will be manager says don't bother to let head office know as they only send it to him and nothing will happen. give me a loaner due to your lies

    We ordered a kitchen aid 600 for a wedding gift for my son wayback in May. We were told it would be here by the end of June and it wasn’t. We called every month and every month we got it will be here next month. Well the wedding is in a week and we still do not have the wedding present, this is very disappointing to us. It should not take this long and we should not be getting the runaround! And nobody is willing to help us. Hey the brick I expected better from you then this. Bad bad service.
