The World Worst Law service I've ever experienced. My comment on Len Thom's service are - Irresponsible, Ineffective, Insulting and Ignoring for clients' requirement. He didn't keep his promise nor apologize for his bad job.

Mr. Thom n his secretary Carrie helped me through a very nasty divorce and got me more than a fair deal. I highly recommend this Law Firm

Unprofessional, irresponsible,punks phonecalls voicemais emails.Waited 1.5 months before he would respond. Custody issue and Len said would file immediatey. 1.5 months later we found out he hadn"t even filed . Law Society was contacted. I dont know how he could be a politician for the people when he cant even look after 1 client. Busy maybe? At least have decency to return a call or email then.I wish I read reviews before he wasted our time.

Upfront and clear rates

I have no complaints, their rates are fair and upfront. Service is reasonable, although could be more prompt. The only real issue is that their email system kept having problems with my attachments. But that's pretty minor. Used them before, will use them again.

The World Worst Law service I've ever experienced. My comment on Len Thom's service are - Irresponsible, Ineffective, Insulting and Ignoring for clients' requirement. He didn't keep his promise nor apologize for his bad job. Once client has any complaint, he just ignored naive clients who don't know much about law.I cannot imagine that he screw up his client's legal issues even he got paid to do it, how such a person can represent Old Strathcona people?
