    Get a $$$ quote before work starts

    As one of the ONLY auto repair shops in the Lake Louise area, you're somewhat "stuck"! Had the unfortunate situation in needed immediate auto repair. This was the only shop. They were able to review my problem and take it apart. Fortunately, they weren't able to get the part needed as if they would have, I know my bill would have been completely unrealistic! The cost for what they did do, was Outragious, but then again, when you're a "tourist" and just traveling through the area....you're stuck! I would highly recommend anyone going through the area that if you need their services, make sure you fully agree with what they will be charging you. Good luck,

    We learnt a big mistake that day. DO NOT have customer pick up his parts on our behalf. They usually do not tell the whole story of what had happened . He forgot to say that he opened the box and had a look inside, for some reason and actually broke the fuel pump module and also his choice of gas station did not help his cause since there was I/4 inch of sludge in the tank that needed steam cleaning first. Guess we were to give that service at no additional cost.
