Want to be treated like a criminal - stay here.
Awful service, these people clearly have no idea what "customer service" is. They were rude, demanding and even left us nasty voice messages on our cell phones. Sorry to say next year this campground will lose 2 full teams of campers, and unfortunately that means the town of Ponoka will lose the money we spend there as well.
