    I'll be going elsewhere....

    Not impressed with the customer service. I have called this place numerous times in the last week (always during business hours). They never answer the phone, so I have left 2 messages asking for information about a party for 30 people and have not received one phone call back. I hope their CS is better in the store, but somehow I doubt it.

    Great Experience! Fun!

    Lazerforce has an amazing Lasertag arena and excellent customer service! A great all-around experience, I would highly recommend this venue for any special event for both kids and adults.
