    I have been delighted with the efficiency and friendly professionalism of the Sunreal team. Thanks to Railene and Jenness. Taking over a new property during these difficult time this team made it seamless and easy. They rapidly made immediate improvements to building security and upkeep. I have been made to feel very welcome. I have lived here for over twenty years and I feel that they put the safety and well being of their tenants above everything. Any concern is met with an immediate response.

    Horrible place to Rent from... On a move out clean for an empty Bachelor suite they charged my deceased Fathers estate 8hrs of cleaning @ $25/hr... Greedy much?

    The Ridge at Riverside is managed by Sunreal. Since we signed on with them they have been very competent and have done what they agreed to do. I as the Board President work very closely with our manager & her assistant & have found them to be very up front & always helpful. I would recommend Sunreal to anyone who asks me and I have done so many times. I have inquired about other companies in the past as I have had rental properties since 1999. They are the BEST in my opinion.
