Excellent service. I bought a 5th wheel from another dealership and was having issues getting the warranty service I required. Anita and the parts staff were quick to find the parts I needed responded quickly to my phone calls and worked with me to find a time that worked for me to bring in my RV to have it serviced. friendly staff I wish I had purchased my RV at all star! thanks again Anita!!!

We had fantastic service at All Star RV yesterday. Barb took us out on the golf cart to see everything within our budget and on our must have list, letting us go through them all while entertaining our busy toddlers. She spent the whole day with us and answered all our questions. We bought a unit and are so happy with our purchase. Anita in finance was amazing getting us a quick approval and the the receptionist was so friendly and gave our kids free t shirts. We felt so welcomed.

I do not recommend this place.

Horrible service. We bought a new camper and upgraded the bed to a king but they couldn't be bothered to put a king comforter in just left the queen so it doesn't even fit. Couldn't be bothered to put the camper inside or even make sure it was warm inside when we did the final walk through after the purchase in -25 weather. Called to get help winterizing as it kept losing prime and the wouldn't even put anyone on the phone to help us. We do not feel appreciated at all and will never go back.

Tiago at All Star RV is great! We dropped in to have a look at the model we were interested in and then purchased from All Star at the Edmonton RV Show, we got exactly what we ordered with no hassles.

Without being informed of policy we were told after the fact deposits are non refundable. Steer clear of this business if you are RV shopping.
