Dropped my jacket off because I leave for New York on Tuesday. They told me my jacket would be ready on Monday the week prior. So I call Monday morning to confirm time and she said 5 pm. Then I call around 4 to confirm because I just had a tailer tell me she didn’t finish my pants AND I live 40 min away. And she told me to stop calling her and that if she said 5, it means 5 and then hung up on me.

Almas goes the extra mile in handling my Mothers Drycleaning while she is in a Senior Facility. She drops off and picks up to St Albert Residence and has not charged anything for this service. They do Quality Work and are Honest Hard Working People. The Negative Review that is before mine sounds like a 1 off.
