    They don’t have 10 stars so I’ll leave it at 5. We were more than happy with our experience with First class roofing. During the pandemic - First class was the ONLY one that sat with us outside, showed us pictures he took and what the problem areas were. Would recommend to use this company!!

    Poor customer service. Rude dirty work had to be redone. Shows up unannounced leaves cigarette bitts everywhere and makes the customer clean up after his crew. Wrecked my siding and though after an argument he did fix it but it took a month. The pile of cigarettes and nails was collected from all over my yard also found tools and other items left in the gutters. The pile of nails and butts was after a second look around the yard the first pile was worse.
