    Poor customers service at this location my advisor always have an excuse, I emailed her 2 weeks ago looking to withdraw a little of equity never really heard back from her,can't wait till my mortgage term expired looking forward to take my business elsewhere.

    The call in centre is so not dependable and you can never reach a person in the bank itself. Very frustrating
