If you’re looking for an exceptional culinary experience from an open show kitchen, Executive Chef Jon McCartney has created a menu for you at Personas Patio + Lounge + Restaurant in the Grand Villa Casino in Burnaby.

Personas was re-branded in 2012 and its new menu has captivated diners since then. Chef Jon has travelled all throughout North America for ideas on unique dishes you’ll only find at Personas and, best of all, they work for a great night out or a relaxed corporate lunch.

“We’ve got live entertainment Friday and Saturday and Dueling Pianos on Wednesday,” says corporate marketing manager Kathryn Neal. “And with so many local businesses in the area, we offer some of the best lunch options in our comfortable and spacious restaurant.”

Personas customers can enter through the casino, or via the Dominion Street patio. The patio is the place to be in the summer, with it’s exclusive Corona bar, outdoor televisions, and open fire pits so you can warm up on cool nights or soak up the sun.

It’s at night when Personas shines, as it has become Burnaby’s newest nightlife destination. The allure, ambience and energy that gives this artfully inspired space its unique feel has people raving and returning often.
