The Brick

I had a microwave in for warranty service at Abbotsford location for over two months.I discussed the situation with Sarah at the Chilliwack location and she took total control of the issue and had my repaired oven back to me within weeks all the while keeping me informed of the progress.Very impressed with the service!When the oven was returned to me scratched,fellow staff negotiated a fair compensation package.Very happy with the service,I highly recommend this store Pete K.

I purchased a new bed from Maranda today. She was fantastic to work with! I went in a few weeks back to learn more about beds and I left feeling very educated. I took about 10 days to continue my own research and I came back today to buy from her. She took the time to find out what was important to me and I did not feel pressured into buying something I don't need as I have been experienced with other salespeople in the past. Thank you, Maranda, for making my experience a positive one!

We recently purchased a range and fridge from the Brick Chilliwack. It was our first experience with dealing with the Brick and we will return as we will need a washer/drier combo and a deep freezer in future....Our experience with this company was amazing all due to the helpful and efficient work of Mr.Hondo Stroyan. He was most helpful and knowledgeable about the products.He understood and fulfilled our needs completely. We can truly say that he is a most professional,empathetic sales person.

poor service, ok products

Last month I purchased a Kitchenaid wall oven at the Brick in Chilliwack BC Maranda Barcham assisted with all my questions and hesitations. Through out this transaction Maranda was professional, helpful and charming. When leaving the store Maranda not only thanked me, she gave me a hug. That was the clincher. Now I am hoping my fridge might decide to quit working and I would definitely come to the Brick to have Maranda guide me through the process. Oven meets all my expectations Anita
