Property purchase, water and well inspection

With so many things to consider when buying an acreage, I almost didnt have the water or well system tested it seemed like just one more expense. After a few propmtings from my realtor I gave The Water Guy a call. I was suprise how much information was contained in the final reports, and it made me realise just how important water is when youre living out in the country. The report and the follow up conversation made a big difference in the final offer and sale conditions which resulted in us saving a lot of money and feeling confident about what we were getting ourselves into.
