    I am not a customer, nor am I in collections but they have had a negative impact on me. The provided incomplete and inaccurate information to Equifax and due to the incomplete and inaccurate information they provided a collection ended up on mile Equifax file. They were not a have not been helpful in having the information corrected and continue to blame Equifax. The point really is that although I am not in collections with them and they refuse to assist
