Dog n' Suds is owned and operated by Daria Holmboe, who started the company on Bowen Rd. Needing the room to grow and add Doggie Daycare she Purchased the location at 2209 Wilgress Rd. People often ask me why I decided to work with dogs. My answer quite simply is that I love them! I have always been entertained and fascinated by them so offering a place where dogs can enjoy themselves in a safe environment was the perfect way for me to spend my days with them. After our expansion from grooming and u-wash to doggy daycare and teeth cleaning, I'm proud that we are able to offer all the services that you need for your dog.     CAVEAT EMPTOR Brought our dog in first time. They cut her paw so bad she bled for two whole days. I am a business man so I like to give someone a second chance. Brought my dog in for this second time. It was her birthday so we wanted to treat her to her very first "spa day". Well, weeks later she was completely infested with lice!! after a $300 vet bill and going on several days of torture for our dog having to comb - pull and pick her hair out to get these little devils off her skin it has been

    Best Doggy Daycare in Nanaimo!

    I've been bringing my coon hound to Dog N' Suds ever since I got her 9 years ago, and have always been impressed with the care she has received. The staff really know my dog and care about what she needs to be happy and occupied whenever I drop her off. I highly recommend them to anyone in Nanaimo with a dog (or two). Now that they've added the small dog daycare, they can offer even more services and specialized attention to all sizes and temperaments of dogs.
