Yellow Cab Of Nanaimo

Had a terrible experience waited for a cab for 30 mins saying driver is on the way , then I called someone at customer care the most rude guy over there and he just cancelled the cab without informing, rather was suggesting to go for AC car , thanks for good reference for future.

If you seriously want to go somewhere, never EVER call this company. If you were standing on the side of the road in San Diego waiting to hitch a ride on a dog sled you would probably have a better chance of getting somewhere than calling these "professionals". Mid morning on a weekday, just a normal day. Called for cab to pick me up at mall. Repeated calls to dispatch, never showed up. Rude dispatcher. Called other cab co after 40 minutes, took them 10 minutes to arrive. Never again.

The lady on the phone was very unprofessional, I called a cab to the ferry. I called again later to specify to tell the cab to pick us up at the front doors and not in the taxi line up, she said that was fine. 15 minutes later and two yellow cabs go through the taxi line up, I call again and ask when my cab was getting there, she says shes sending them there randomly,then hangs up on me. what a complete waste of my time.

Called for a cab on June 11, 2018. I had plenty of time before my plane ride - over an hour, and it is only 15-20 minute drive. Was told to wait 10-15 minutes. No taxi in 10-20-30 minutes. The dispatcher kept telling me that the car is almost there. And then they just stopped picking up the phone. Had to beg someone for a ride. Highly unprofessional and disappointing experience.

Good and timely service on Christmas Day. Courteous drivers too.
