Would not recommend this gym

After several phone calls to this business were ignored, after request for guest passes made on-line were never sent, we finally went to the gym and signed up at ~$44/mn... We were hoping their customer service would be better when were members (and this gym is a 5 min walk from my house). We were very sadly wrong, poor customer service is the main-stay. After the 5th or 6th issue, I thought the owners may want to know what we were thinking - silly me. I was sadly mistaken and replies from the owner via phone and email were were nothing short of hostile and angry - and the icing on the cake was I was told I was lying (like I would lie about issues at my gym? - I really had to give my head a shake on that one). This was the final straw and even though it is right around the corner, we had to quit. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.
