Its raison d'etre comprised a city bereft of an unbiased appliance repair facility capable of providing timely & effective service warranty service. From these humble beginnings it transformed from a single employee operation to one that requires a full time dispatcher / billing specialist, a full time certified repair technician, a full-time apprentice, and three sub-contracted specialist technicians that the company brings in from time to time for complex jobs.
