Reserved a taxi 2 hours in advance but it did not show up on time. Called Richmond taxi at 5 minutes overdue asking when the taxi Will come. The operator told me that at that time no taxi is available to be dispatched. He only said to me that when a taxi is available it will be sent to pick me up. I asked for an ETA but was told that I could only wait. Then why took my reservation? Why should I call ahead to reserve? Eventually I waited for 20 minutes before my taxi arrived.

givin that it is the first taxi service to show up on any search, I tried to get a taxi from them again. I was informed me that I was on their “do not provide service” list and they couldn’t send me a car.I stressed that it was an emergency and needed to get to the hospital ASAP as per the nurse line’s advice. The woman discreetly asked her manager, who said no to serving me. A day and a half later, I’m home from hospital after emergency appendectomy.

Unprofessional, dangerous Richmond Taxi drivers

Very unprofessional taxi drivers. A few other drivers and I was cut off by a Richmond taxi driver trying to cut in front of a line of cars at an intersection. Their driving is very dangerous to other motorists and pedestrians and I highly do NOT recommend this company for taxi rides.
