BCAA Boardwalk Plaza

Well,where do I start. I called BCAA to have my car towed from Surrey to about 10 blocks to the destination.My first call was told 90 minutes for wait. Well 2 hours later I called and was told my service was cancelled as I called to cancel,well I never did call,so it was a mistake on their part.So guess what I had to wait again,another 1.5 hours again!! I was not impressed right!!So all together 3.5 hours for this service.Come on BCAA,I know you are much better than this.A crappy day for me! SC

Sam (Samantha)is the best, she figured out my complicated insurance situation when 5 OTHER BC INSURANCE Brokers could not,she spend over an hour of her "own time" to do it. I was beyond frustrated when I got to her firm. I will NEVER USE anyone else. BCAA's Representive's did it correctly, they did it right the first time, they did it at the right price, and...they did it with a smile. They will have my business until I die. We are the Petterson/Tomada Families and we stand behind this review.
