    $9.80 for 3 black ink pages

    I was charged $9.80 to print three 8.5x11 pages in black ink. I wanted colour headings, but was told that was going to be $27.72. $4 per .doc file in black ink. $12 per .doc file in colour. I had two documents, one was 1 page, the other 2 pages. The justification for this absurdity was that each file had to be converted to a PDF, that's why I had to pay the set amount for each document. This is not how you treat your customers. Again $10 for 3 pages, when other shops would charge less than a buck. Under any other circumstance I would never have paid this, but I was in a desperate rush to get my resume printed for an interview. Will not be back.
