The receptionists doesn’t know anything!! Tried calling several times to inquire, they don’t give you anything except attitude! Please don’t work on customer service.
Incompetent doctors who were unable to diagnose my dogs ailment. I sent her to another facility for a second opinion and they were able to diagnose and treat my dog. She is mow healthy enough to continue her treatment at home no thanks to Dr.Bhullar and the entire team.
I just wanner thank Dr.Bhullar who put his heart and soul to save my dog Tinkerbell until her last breath and also the entire team who took care of my dog around the clock
If you love your pet, dont take them to the Atlas Animal Hospital.
It supposed to be an affordable animal hospital. Its not! They are supposed to provide a high-quality, professional level of care. They dont! All the people Ive talked to in my neighborhood who have pets have had the same experience andpets have had the same experience and they tell me Oh, dont take him there. What did I get for my $1100 of tests and x-rays? A mis-diagnosis, or to put it more succinctly no diagnosis at all.
They didn't seem to like animals. The vet continually referred to my cat as it, not she. They told us we couldn't be with her when they did a minor procedure, but three minutes later called us in as she got away from them. There are no doors on the rooms, so she ran into the dog kennels, terrified. They told us to get her out, as the didn't want her jumping up into the exposed tiles and getting into the ceiling! They weren't good at communicating the process of what they weer doing.
Anyone looking for a caring and quality veterinarian should definitely come here. Everyone is so friendly and professional here. I wouldn’t bring my Boxer anywhere but here. They take great care of him for a very reasonable price.
Our babies have been patients of Atlas Animal Hospital for many years and we have nothing bad to say about the care. We have learned over the years, however, that you DO NOT go in there at the end of the day -- guaranteed wait. The staff are caring and the veterinary care is wonderful. If there is a delay in seeing the vet, they have always been apologetic to us. It's a busy place and an appointment is NOT necessary -- so you just have to be prepared to wait.
Dr. Bhullar and his team of vets are the greatest and the nursing staff is impressive, too.

I was allowed to pick any time I wanted when I made an appointment for my cat to get her monthly injection. When I arrived for my "appointment" the woman at the front desk was assisting people in a first come, first served manner. When she talked to me, she did not know what my cat was there for, and she did not smile. I was shown to an examination room and left there to wait. After twenty minutes I could not wait any longer, so I left.
I noticed all the glowing reviews on this site giving this vet 5 stars, so I thought I'd give them another try. I made a same day appointment for two hours later. Again people were served in the order that they arrived. I was disturbed that the front desk woman tried to lift my anxious 15 year old cat up by the scruff of the neck to move her to the scale. We waited for AN HOUR before being seen by a vet. I heard another woman complaining about the wait, and asking why she was told she could have this "appointment" time when the vet was so busy. The vet I saw did not smile, and did not interact with my cat other than to give her the injection. When I went to pay, the front desk woman frequently interrupted our exchange to answer the phone, talk to another employee, and even walk to the back with my credit card in hand mid-transaction. The price she tried to charge me at first was not the one I had been quoted over the phone, but the final price was significantly cheaper than my usual vet.
So, if you like the idea of an inexpensive drop-in clinic for your pet where you can be seen when you want as long as you wait, then this vet might be the location for you. If your time is more valuable, or you don't want your sick/anxious pet to have to wait for an hour, and you expect that having an appointment means that you will be seen relatively close to that time, then don't waste your time.
I think Atlas Animal Hospital is fabulous. I have been taking my two miniature schnauzers there for about a year now. Everyone is so compassionate and personable. All of the diagnosis and treatment seem to be spot on. The staff is always helpful and cheerful. They really are great! Thanks for everything!
I cant begin to tell you how amazing this man is and his staff! A vet who embodies the true care of your pet and treats them like little people. Even though my cat was very ill and i knew he wasnt going make it, Dr. Bhullar never let me lose hope and kept my cat in the hospital for almost 2 weeks to care for him. Even though I was completely devestated his nurse cried with me and they never charged me anything more than my deposit! I will never take my pets anywhere else but here, even though i have to drive 45 mins to get there, hes' well worth it!!!
I brought in our bunny, who was bleeding and appeared to have an infection. What a relief I felt, to find an affordable Vet in the evening who would look at our bunny. Even though the waiting room was busy, the Vet took his time explaining what was wrong with her. I appreciated the time, care and respect , the Vet gave to us. In the end, I made an emotional decision to have our bunny put to sleep.
After giving her the medication, the Vet put his hands gently over the bunny, and said a prayer as she fell asleep.
I am grateful to have entered the doors of Atlas Animal Hospital that evening.
I took my dog to see the ophthalmologist-- the doctor was great and her assistants were also terrific-- very friendly, answered all my questions patiently, treated my difficult dog with care and kindness. Thank you!
Definitely easy on the budget - I went here because it was a Sunday and was surprised that the cost covered the visit, the surgery, the follow up appointment and the meds. It's nice to know that offhand, and if I would have taken my cat to the normal vet, it would have been double or triple that cost. I also like that both times I've been here, the vet has gone with the simplest option first, and not tried to push a bunch of tests or procedures on me - something I have been suspicious of with other vets in the past.
When it comes to vets, this is, as far as I'm concerned, one of the best. Atlas may be a bit out of the way for some pet owners who live on the West side of the city, but it's worth the trip -- trust me.
I took my 2 cats here a few years back to have them fixed....and to be de-clawed...I know I know...I didn't know at the time how awful this was..it was just that they were destroying everything in my house and I had to out a stop to it...
I picked Atlas after a friend recommended them..they were in the price range I needed and she had used them for her cats as well...
My little girls were in and out in about 8 hours..a little groggy and totally upset at me...the staff were great..told me all about the procedures and how to care for their wounds over the next few days..they even called to follow up a few times!
I have heard some mixed reviews about this hospital but I personal had a great experience..I can't say my cats really had the best time though :)
I have had a special place in my heart for this vet ever since he helped out a great deal when my roommate's cat got hit by a car. Bascially both back legs were broken and the bill was going to be $100. My roommate really didn't have that kind of cash but didn't want to put the cat down. They cut thier price and gave us contact information for charities that could also assist us with the bill. In the end the cat lived a long healthly life. Thank you Atlas!
