    SEPTEMBER 3 2015 jerrys mustang

    took my 1967 mustang into craig for a brake job.3 times i had to return to him as i was having problems with the brakes.two days after the work was done my brakes ceased up in north vancouver.i then went to budget and wheel,they told me the drums were used and were not suitable for any car .craig charged me for new ones ,and put in used.when i spoke to him again he continued to stall and put me off.had a problem with a rear end he installed as well.i do not recommend his work to anyone i will JR

    Worst service I'v...

    Worst service I've ever experienced in all my years of driving. These people are overpriced, unfriendly, and in most cases... won't have a clue what's wrong with the vehicle so you end up paying for extra things that didn't need fixing in the first place while the original problem still exists. A fine example of "padding the bill." I would not recommend this place to anyone! Unless you want a non-desirable experience. Take it to your manufacturer dealer. Much cheaper.

    I have been takin...

    I have been taking various cars('63 valiant/villager/rav)to NZ auto since 2012. I have always received excellent service, great recommendation, with great rates. It's nice to be able to trust a business to do good work, back up their work, and most importantly is conscientious and professional. Always prompt and friendly service; they have gone above and beyond to fit me in around my schedule. Go find them at their new location!

    I recommend this shop to everyone I know. Craig lets you know what is wrong, how much it may be to fix, if there are options and if it worth it. I'm not made of money so every time I go there I give him my wish list and my budget and he lets me know what may be possible in my budget and then updates me along the way, almost every time he will do more that he thought he could in the budget. Great guy and great shop, three thumbs up.

    Excellent place for my car,

    I took in my old '63 Buick to Craig at NZ Auto. I was having trouble with it & it had many issues. Craig explained everything clearly; equally as important, I found a shop I could trust with my old car who wasn't going to overcharge me or give me the runaround. Since that time, the car has been better than ever. Craig & Ronda make a nice 1-2 punch at NZ Auto & it's nice to be working with a company I can trust with my vehicle.

    Terrible experience

    We were treated with utter dishonesty. Charged four fold the actual price of an item. With a straight face tried to fool us into paying for the full item claiming it was new when it was old and half used up. Not recommended at all.
