I have been to this store many times and it was fine but I learned my lesson to ALWAYS check your receipts 😉. He counted the items and still “made” a mistake. No apologies but said(with a smirk)- “ It was a mistake, OOkay?” A simple apology with a SMILE would have been sufficient - being defensive with a tone is 👎🏻
