    A bad water stain from a storage locker was removed from a silk rug with Shane and Dusty's superior care. It's matching round rug looks new again also. We are in love with our rugs again! Thank you Luv-A-Rug! Candis & Finn

    My basement suite got flooded and all my Persian rugs got soak in black water. LUV-A-RUG came the someday to pick them up. When it was returned to me all the rugs were impeccable. Thank you

    I have had five rugs cleaned here over many years. Their work is outstanding. A added bonus is their knowledge of the history and origin of my rugs. I learned so much from conversations with Stephen Roberts. I also appreciated the careful repairs done to my rugs. Stephen also supports many local charities in his work Most recently the company cleaned rugs for Victoria schools. Bravo A great company
