Reliable Parts

I phoned 2 days in a row, back to back, to try to order replacement parts for our Woods deep freeze. Both times, the individual who took the call at the Winnipeg outlet intentionally hung up on me. I am really put off and offended by that. How do you hope to maintain a customer base? The call dates were dec 7th and 8th of 2020. How do you successfully run any business treating people with disregard like that?

They give you the wrong electrical part, then won’t take it back on return. Poor customer service.

phoned your toll free number for your Winnipeg location on hold 30 minutes so hung up and phone on Regular number on hold a further 25 minutes ?How do you stay in business?

I called to get info on my part and it took over 1/2 to talk to an agent.

they always have the parts , but a little pricy, but everybody has to make money :)
