    Charlie & Lori are a pleasure to deal with! We needed our septic tank pumped and our usual company said they couldnt get to us for months. I had met Charlie & his wife Paws in Motion a year ago and he was pleased to help us out! We have NEVER had any company clean down & deep as Charlie did!! His price was a bit cheaper than the old co. too!! We will always recommend ACTION PLUMBING to all our neighbors and friends/family!! -Tracy @ Scoopy Doo

    I had a slow draining kitchen sink so Charlie came out to clean the line ... which basically is just a pressure washer hose sprayed down your main floor clean out pipe. This barely worked in my opinion as our sink still drains slow and at the time I even suggested he spray out the drain pipe starting at the sink (not just the under ground pipe) and he claimed not to have the proper attachment with him (what kind of plumber shows up and cant even clean out a kitchen sink drain? Worst $260 spent

    to say I am impressed with the service provided by this couple, would be an understatement. I am indebted to them!!! I encountered a sewer nightmare with my house main and they stood by me every step of the way until it was something I could manage for a fraction of the price of their competitors. They saved me what I could not afford. Super understanding, supportive; Highly personable and professional and recommended!!!!

    I have never experienced better service from a plumbing company. Not only did Charlie within the hour he gave me a reasonable rate with even better service. What an amazing couple! I am proud to have done business you. Thank you!

    If I could give 0...

    If I could give 0 stars, I would. EXTREMELY unreliable. He promised to show up at 9:00am to fix my tank and he DID NOT SHOW UP!!!!!! His voicemail was full and he was IMPOSSIBLE to reach. I will not recommend Action Plumbing to anyone!!!

    I would like to confirm with this person.One is,did you in fact contact my company?The reason that I am asking and is that I did not have a 9:00 am appointment scheduled for that day or around that date .Can you please clarify this? With this being a family owned business we pride ourselves in delivering very high customer service and a review like this,if it is directed to me, is uncalled for and misleading.Also I have call display and also a enhanced voice mail that can except over 25 messages . If I saw a missed call I, Action plumbing would have called back with in 15 minutes.
