We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week as needed to serve documents, seize property and more in Colchester, Cumberland, Halifax, Hants and Pictou counties in Nova Scotia. And for your peace of mind, we’re a background checked and credentialed service. Chum’s Process Serving & Bailiff Services is appointed as a Provincial Civil Constable by the Nova Scotia Department of Justice pursuant to the Police Services Act of Nova Scotia.     Within minutes of verifying he is on the Facebook friends lists of half the local residents he was able to provide me with additional justification for delivering my own documents to ensure they werent lost or destroyed by acts of God, or tampered with due to conflicts of interest. He needs to put ad signage on the Marigold - that is how great he and his family of servers are.
