This place is horrible. The lady was rushing on my nails and I was not happy the way they look. All my nails look really bad. All of them are in different shapes do not go to this place. They are rude and no respect at all. Also the lady was pulling my fingers while she was shaping them.
The salon was dirty, all but one staff member had a poor attitude and they managed to cut both of us. My toe is now red and painful at the spot that was cut. I will be going to a walk in clinic tomorrow to make sure it is not infected.
I disagree with the comment below. This is the only place I will ever go to get my nails done. The owner Lina does a great job on acrylic and gel nails!
I went in 2 days ago and the did a full pedicure and manicure for me. Not even 1 day later my finger nail polish was chipping off on almost all nails which I didnt worry about because I was certain they'd fix them for me. I visited them a couple days later to get them repolished with full intention that I may have to pay but when I told them why I was there every woman working in there ignored me and continued to take other walk-ins before me that would pay them more. I was there just 2 days before and explained that perhaps the polish was not good. I was willing to pay to have them repolished and was told "I didnt do your manicure, i can't I am busy". Right busy taking the walk-ins that were coming in after me. Am i not a paying customer? I go in there a few times a year for the past 15 years and each time I leave a really nice gratuity for them and so I am completely shocked I was treated this way this time. Come on.. You guys need to learn customer service skills.. Be just a little courteous of your clientelle.. and professional. Very dissappointed. :((
This place is horrible. I got my eyebrows waxed there a couple days ago, she missed 3/4s of the hair and after i told her she disagreed and tried plucking it while i was putting my coat on to leave. Also, she waxed my eyelid and I now have a huge scratch across it, it was swollen and bleeding and now is a scab. And she still made me pay. Never go here!!!
