The recent experience of visiting this place was awful. Since I couldn't find any staff outside for help, I approached an old lady next to the check-out. She was very rude and disrespectful (later I found out she was the owner). She said what I was looking for was sold out. I told her I called just an hour ago to check before coming, I was told over the phone there were plenty and only one is allowed for each customer to purchase. I have called the service desk many times through out the day and no one has ever answered the phone . I have also sent emails and also no reply. I know we are in a lockdown but recording and website says they are open . I just want to know if they have curb side pick up and how to order . No replies to any contact I have tried to make
I've been shopping here for all my garden needs for 7 years year round. Service is super great staff,pricing not bad some items $$$, clean with lots of room for displays. If you can't find a plant you want ..they will have it. Make this your 1st stop. Suzy W.
I made dozens of trips picking up fill you own bags of limestone,gravel etc. on one of my last trips the cashier says to me you know if you bring back our bags you get $0.50 off (a$3.00 bag),I said huh, I have maybe 50 of those! So sure enough later that day I needed more and brought my own bags back, first thing the cashier says to me is we dont have any bags left, I say no worries I brought yours back, she charges full price and says dont know about that , mgr told me too bad so sad gave me $0
Love this nursery. They have a great selection of plants at reasonable prices. Watch the local flowers because they are a great way to pick up some colourful plants at a discount!
