    Got a verbal quote after discussion with theiir broker and emails about details also a verbal quote over phone. When I went in Dec 21 SURPRIZE! The broker hiked my vehicle insurance $500 with no explanation. No tickets, no fines, no accidents. Then i found out later he didn't cover one of several buildings on my policy. I called them-they said he no longer worked there and what did I what them to do? I wanted coverage I was promised but never heard back from them. DECEPTiVE. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
